Security agreement 1:
Continuous security upgrades and server health check every month. Remedial action if known security holes are revealed in known OS. Up to 3 hours’ work is included per month. Otherwise, consultation is charged extra at an hourly rate. |

Support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. On site in server centre within 90 minutes outside office hours and within 10 minutes during office hours. 1 turnout is included per month, plus 1 hour of consultation in the server centre (at any time). Otherwise, consultation is charged extra at an hourly rate. |
