I received an invoice and then cancelled my subscription. Should I pay the invoice?Answer:
That depends on whether you cancelled the subscription on time. To avoid having your subscription automatically extended, you must cancel your subscription according to the stipulated notice period. For instance, if your subscription expires 15 May 2006, you must cancel your subscription no later than 15 April 2006 if you have a one-month notice period. If you don’t do this, you must pay the invoice you received. There are no exceptions to this rule, which is completely in line with the terms and conditions you approved at the time of the order. If you don’t pay the invoice after one reminder, the matter will be immediately and automatically sent to a collection agency.

On our termination of service form, which is found on the Forms page, indicate that you want to cancel your subscription and repoint your domain to another provider. Please note, however, that we can often offer the same services as our competitors at a lower price.
