Repointing/delegating

You have ordered a web hotel or service from us for your domain. In order for the domain to be active on our servers, the domain must be repointed to us, i.e. pointed to our DNSs. Here are instructions for how to repoint your domain to us so we can activate your service. When doing the repointing, we also recommend that you enter us as the technical contact for the domain. This is standard since we manage the DNS. How the repointing is done depends on what procedures apply at the registrar where the domain is registered. It usually takes up to 24 hours from the time you do the repointing until the domain works.
