I can’t send emails?

If you can’t send emails from your Outlook, please verify the following:
  • That you are connected to the Internet. Open your browser and type in the name of a website (e.g. google.com)
  • That the email address you are trying to send to is correct
  • That there is no email in the drafts folder that is blocking your request
  • That the right outgoing server is used and that you have chosen smtp-authentication if you send through our email server.

Please observe that you should be using port 587 and that the outgoing server is smtp.crystone.com. The reason for this is that some Internet providers block port 25. Also make sure that you have turned on authentication but no SSL. Username and password is the same for the ingoing server

If you still have issues with sending emails you can try to use your Internet provider’s smtp-server. Bear in mind that username and password is not the same for the ingoing server!
